These Terms & Conditions govern the use of QR-ME and all related services provided by QR-ME (“we”, “our”, “us”). By signing up, accessing, or using QR-ME, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

QR-ME is a digital service platform that allows businesses such as restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, hotels, and similar venues to create and manage digital menus, QR code access, ordering features, service requests, and related administrative tools.

QR-ME does not act as a payment processor, delivery service, or food provider.

To use QR-ME, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Operate a legally registered business

• Have authority to bind the business to these Terms

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, health regulations, and licensing requirements.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Keep login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

QR-ME is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

QR-ME operates on a subscription basis. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are provided during signup.

Until direct card payments are enabled, payments may be made via:

• Bank transfer

• PayPal

Access to services may be activated only after payment confirmation.

Unless required by applicable EU law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.

You are solely responsible for:

• Menu content, pricing, descriptions, and accuracy

• Compliance with food, allergen, tax, and consumer laws

• Staff training and correct use of the system

• Customer service and order fulfillment

QR-ME does not verify or monitor your business operations.

You agree not to:

• Use QR-ME for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Upload misleading, offensive, or unlawful content

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the system

• Resell or sublicense QR-ME without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

QR-ME aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond our reasonable control.

All QR-ME software, branding, design, and technology are the exclusive property of QR-ME.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during an active subscription.

QR-ME complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• We process data only to provide the service

• We do not sell personal data

• Clients are responsible for data collected from their customers

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law:

• QR-ME is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for lost revenue, business interruption, or customer disputes

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory legal obligations.

You may cancel your subscription according to your plan terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms

• Payments are overdue

• The service is misused

Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be communicated via the platform or email.

Continued use of QR-ME after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the country where QR-ME is registered.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the EU.
